La R4 funciona perfectamente en mi nintendo 3ds y tiene todos los juegos posibles

It’s okay and can be modified if you need to
I changed out the sd card and put a completely different software on mine, so it’s nice that it lets you do that, did it using an iPhone too I didn’t even need a computer. The roms it comes with are okay so it definitely has any game you remember playing as a kid. Biggest flaw is just the jumbled mess of roms it comes with, witch I can’t really complain about it’s just hard to navigate to whatever rom you’re trying to open which is why I formatted mine. Did why I needed it to and if the rom is correct then you can even connect to multiplayer.
