where is the size chart?

The size chart is just under the color pictures of the item.

The Hanes men's size medium is 38-40 the Hanes women's size large is 37-39 size 14 casual wear & 39-41 size 14 in formal wear. So they are close. Hanes does make a women's athletic hoodie as well as a women's EcoSmart hoodie you could also try Gildan's hoodies.

does it shrink after wash and dry?

I have never had a shrinkage problem. Best wash in cool water. The color does not bleed. Dry on "delicate" cycle and the hoodie stays soft and pliable. Excellent product.

nice quality but colour not as picture

Nice hoodie but much lighter colour than on the picture which is very disappointing. I was hoping for the bright turquoise in the image - but it's more of a muted green. Will probably return.
