I really like this coffee brand. Lots of choice and very nice beans. I’ve had two types and they were both very different. This one was the mix of beans. It has a lovely flavour. You do have to put a good two tablespoons per person for a really flavourful regular strength coffee, for a stronger cup make that 3-4tbsp. It’s worth noting I have another strong coffee I add half a tbsp when I need the extra strength. I’d rather do that and have a flavourful cup, than a really strong coffee bean that will be more bitter and less rich flavours. I did have to change my normal grind. This bean require a little more to the rough side as opposed to fine, than my regular beans. And I had to adjust my water temp return. Slightly cooler to get that really deep frothy caramel colour when I poured it over. I have a filter on top of cup type 😊. But that’s normal when you get a new bean 😊. I cannot speak for coffee makers or cafetière. But I would say if you experiment. You should be able to find a way it works for both and you can always add a tad of another strong coffee when needed 😊. If your lower end temperature options are limited you might struggle. So you know it’s real. I have a really bad health condition that causes pain daily and I regular have to tell me brain. If you didn’t correct me in the moment. You don’t get to judge later hehe 🤣🤪.

Great Coffee, rebought....however, your product is let down by the incompetence of The Royal Mail....totally unreliable.Would suggest you change couriers. The Coffee is superb, fresh, perfect crema and well rounded, not bitter...

I ordered this blend and started using it in my new espresso machine - roast date was about 3/4 weeks before delivery so much better than I was initially expecting from a seller on Amazon. The coffee tasted great and I used it two or three times a day, for about a week - but then I started developing nausea and shortness of breath, a few days later realising it was the coffee. Apparantly robusta beans do not agree with me and this is the first time I had used them. I'm making a point of leaving this review, as I contacted the seller on the off chance they could give me a partial refund, maybe half a bag of a different blend or something. I was offered a full refund with no fuss, and they sent a full 1kg bag of their Master Blend as well! Refund and new bag arrived very quickly, and no issues with the new blend, similar roast age, tastes amazing, and no health issues this time either(!) Great price for a great amount of great coffee, and fantastic service, will be using them for a long time to come.

As a lifelong coffee drinker, I was fed up with cheap supermarket coffee, tried commercial barista coffees, they were ok. So I decided to buy my own espresso machine and make my own coffee. Took a while to learn effect of grind and brewing time. I use a A cheap espresso machine (Delonghi Deduce). I kept trying until I got it right, i.e util I can drink the coffee raw .... those beans are good with an after effect of strong coffee taste and a cream that is not bitter. I like strong coffee. Then I created my own favourite drink - 2 shots (15g) and table spoon of double cream I a ug and filled with hot water. Amazing. Those beans are worth it. Because I drink a lot I need a 1kg every 3 weeks. They are always fresh and I keep them in an air tight stainless steel container. They are dark and oily. For the money, and because made in UK, it is worth it.

I like my coffee string, dark but not too bitter. When I switched to grinding my own coffee I tried a lot of brands including this but have not found one better. No frills just honest good quality coffee. I’ve had at least 10 bags all have been consistent in taste and quality. Would recommend and have bought for friends and family.

Scoring coffee is one of the most subjective endeavours on Amazon, so I can't argue with anyone who gives this a different score. I drink espresso, so am looking for a coffee that stands well on its own. For my taste buds this didn't stand out at all. It was fine, produced a reasonable crema and was of good strength, but there was nothing n the taste that was anything other than a bit plain. Aroma *** Strength *** Crema *** Shot Flow ***** Flavour *** Overall *** Good value beans, which produce a reasonable cup of coffee.

Si te gusta el café fuerte, con mucha crema, o un capuchino con mucho cuerpo, aquí esta la solución. Es un café de tostado oscuro, especialmente preparado para las maquinas espresso, que es notablemente mas fuerte que muchos competidores. En parte se lo atribuye a el contenido de cafés robusta en la mezcla, que normalmente producen un exceso de acidez. En este caso, sin embargo, el resultado es un sabor intenso, neutral de carácter sin mucha amargura ni acidez. Es muy superior al café torrefacto (que es otra manera de potenciar el sabor) y representa un excelente relación precio calidad.

Dopo aver provato altre marche abbiamo trovato in questa il caffè di qualità migliore. Abbiamo quindi iniziato a provare tutti i caffè di questa marchio, trovando in ognuno ottima qualità. Consigliato. Per chi ama e sa apprezzare il buon caffè, ma non vuole spendere sempre cifre esorbitanti, lo consiglio.

Espresso estilo italiano, de alta intensidad sin ser 'dark', profundo y con regusto prolongado. Cremoso y muy agradecido en el proceso de erogación. Lo muelo en un molino profesional Mazzer y lo sirvo en una cafetera Expobar Office. Llevo meses pidiendo este producto. No obstante, desde el Brexit, la retención en aduanas, el requerimiento de enviar cada vez un formulario al transportista y el consiguiente retraso de entrega de más de 1 semana ya me ha frenado de futuras compras. Es la última vez.

Fantastico cafe, fuerte i con cuerpo. Gasto un kilo por mes, no obstante el tueste no es demasiado uniforme entre lotes. Lo negativo que cada vez recibo paquetes que llevan ya dos o tres meses desde el tueste, antes tenian un mes maximo, el ultimo que he comprado ya tiene 3 meses largos. Espero que llegue mas fresco a la proxima.
