Great quality for a great price
Well built, easy to install. We used this to replace a failed solenoid on our boats air horn system. Works as promised, looks like it will last for years.

Works great for an air horn!
Works great. I used it to run an air horn on my truck.

12v solenoid at 7.5v.
Good solenoid. Bpigjt the pladtic one and hsd to return it. All these solenoids are ment for short duty or they will heat up and seize. I ended running this at 7.5 volts and it worked, still got hot, but never stopped working.

does not come with nipples... the mechanism works good but prefers the upright and away from ferrous materials

Good Quality
works well, this has been installed on a yacht, and connected to the inside panel, cutting off the gas is always a good idea especially if you close the bottle and cut off with this valve

Great solenoids!
Running one per bag on my airbag setup, they go up just as fast as my 1/2 valves go down, very pleased they have lasted over 6 months with zero issues.

Perfect for the air horn
I installed this on my air horn system on my truck and it works great. It installed with no leaks and appears to be well built.

Reliable and easy to use.
I used two of these units as priming circuits for my two shallow well pumps. They fire for the first 30 seconds when the pump is called for in order to guarantee the pumps operation.

It looks like it will replace the auto fill solenoid on my polar bear water distiller, for a fraction of the cost.

I've only just started using it but it seems to be working fine. I'm using it to control a sprayer nozzle for my garden hose. The on time is only about 5 seconds at a time, so overheating isn't a problem. It seems to be drawing about 1.2A current under household water pressure load. It does operate right-side-up as in the instructions but also seems to work fine on its side. I haven't tried it in other orientations. It does restrict the water flow far more than I was expecting, but it's not a problem for my purposes.

Exceptional performance as it related to my particular project. Easy to install and wiring/materials of acceptable nature. I'd certain purchase this again if in need.

bought 2 for a project, one unit was correctly tapped 1/4" NPT, the other... outlet tapped 1/4" NPT inlet side I have no idea, not straight tapped, metric tapped, or even brake line tapped... and definitely not 1/4" NPT. And of course,the only pipe tap I am missing here is the 1/4" NPT.
