Very good lozenges sweet (obviously) but seem to work quickly. not hot doesn't unblock nose but has seemed to stop me getting a throat infection as when it started I used these and it went in about 4 days definitely recommend. found them when I was in Australia prefer them to strepsils :)

very effective cure for sore throat. I love it and much better than some leading brands. I believe in the property of manuka honey.
