Don't let the plastic throw you off, it's actually a pretty good set. I have used it about 3 times so far pickling and canning things from my garden. Easy to use, store and clean.

Great collection of canning tools. My only qualm was that I wish the box was slightly larger to store everything together in between canning seasons. It’s a sturdy box but so meticulously packaged that it couldn’t be replicated. Obviously isn’t an issue to take away all five stars. Glad I purchased.

This is a very nice set. Has most everything you need plus more. I just wish the funnel was stainless steel.
