Kitchen Knife in Japanese High Carbon Steel, Professional High-Class Chef's Knife 8 inch, Non-Slip Ultra Sharp Cooking Knives with Ergonomic Handle

Turns out that this knife is made in China.. Having said that it is well made and very, very sharp. We have been using stainless Knives, which basically need sharpening after every use. I did warn my wife about the sharpness of this carbon steel knife but the inevitable happened and it was a rush for the bandaids, only a shallow nick but she has a new respect for the knife now. Her indoors is getting used to it now and can chop tough vegetables much better and carve roasts properly. The knife is bigger than I thought but the smallest one is only 5CM shorter, and more expensive

A super sharp knife, ideal for cutting meats, gutting fish, chopping veg/fruit, slicing bread etc. The knife arrived in a well packaged box, with shields on the lower knife, and top edge, with a clear protective sleeve; these I have replaced after use, to protect our fingers, as I have stored it in the kitchen tool drawer. A medium weight, but strong handle makes it's safe to use, with a little flexibility in the sharp blade when needed. I found it cuts so precisely, compared with some kitchen knives I had before. The razor sharp blade slices through meat, like it was butter . Multi-functional super sharp knife, easy to handle, and best of all it is great value for money; delighted.

Lovely knife. I’m probably not the best judge of what makes a good knife, but it feels quite good to use and slices through things nicely. But a chef would probably tell you that its balance is a little off.

The blade is incredibly sharp right out of the box and makes slicing and chopping effortless. The handle is comfortable to hold, with a design that makes it easy to use a proper grip without straining my wrist. I’ve used it for everything from meat to vegetables, and it handles each task beautifully

Excellent kitchen knife, very sharp, light weight, size and easy to handle. Defo recommend this and will be on the look out for another one fairly soon.

➡️Lo primero que quiero puntualizar es la presentación del mismo, en su cajita con sus instrucciones de fabricación y mantenimiento. 🔹️Tiene unas cachas perfectamente integradas en la hoja, es mi primer cuchillo de estos precios y que bien fabricado esta. 🔸️Me ha ido bien cortando verdura como carne, no lo he probado con pescado, pero me imagino que irá igual de bien. 🔹️Tienda una hoja bien afilada que casi sin esfuerzo corta perfectamente, la verdura es una pasada como la corta. 🔸️No es muy pesado o no me lo parece a mi y con este tipo de cuchillos en la cocina es todo más fácil.

i bought this knife on sale,i did not have much expectation over its quality given its price, but ive been pleasantly surprised, its a great knife, easy to hold, good grip and i sharpen it regularly with a horl-type sharpener and it holds an edge pretty well, i use it daily, not sure id buy it at reguar price but keep an eye on a sale ,id buy another one once its on sale

I bought this knife as i needed one just for fruits and vegetables. It has good ‘weight’ and the design of the handle is ergonomic so it feels comfortable. The blade is also the right size for me. Am happy with my purchase.

Ongelofelijke kwaliteit. Je ziet heel mooi dat dit met de hand geslepen is door de minieme onregelmatigheden. Dat maakt het zo mooi. Lekker dun en mega scherp. Is onmiddellijk terug scherp geslepen als je weet wat je doet.
