This custom window treatment is hand crafted to your desired dimensions in the modern style of a flat roman shade, and is fully lined. Fabric is Premier Prints cotton linen. This valance is designed to be decorative and add drama, not to function/open and close, as the folds are hand constructed in place. This valance is ready to hang from a simple tension rod (not included) for inside mount, and requires no hardware or drilling. Outside mount is also available with the use of a decorative drapery rod or continental rod (not included). This valance is available in lengths (height) of up to 20" long with the finished folds.
