Awesome replacement for an original that went missing from our office.Worked the second it was plugged in to the USB and saved us the hassle of replacing everything.Definetely recommend

We lost the dongle that goes with our Gyration air music remote and keyboard when we moved about 3 months ago. Apparently, you cannot purchase replacements of that particular dongle anywhere, and as the remote and keyboard were over $100 we didn't want to have to buy a whole new set. Anyway, we decided to give this dongle a try and it turns out it works just fine. As far as we have found, all of the keys on the remote and keyboard still work perfectly, and we were able to sync up the remote and keyboard with this dongle in exactly the same way as we did with the last one. I wish Gyration had just told us this one would work during the 5 phone calls I placed to them attempting to purchase the one that goes with our set, but apparently they are keeping that information under wraps. In any event, if you have another Gyration device and can't find the dongle made for your device, it might be worth giving this one a try as it worked great with ours.

Got this USB Dongle on the off chance that it would work with my Gyration Music Remote that has been discontinued for some years. New dongles are unavailable for this remote.I can confirm it works with no issues. However it would not work with my "Dell" branded music remotes that worked with the original Gyration dongle.Deduct one star because of the issue with the Dell remotes (which are made by Gyration just labelled as Dell)

When I ordered this, I was searching for a receiver that would go with an Activision Portal of Power, in the game Skylanders . Ours, for whatever reason, died. When I was flipping through the Skylanders paraphernalia, this receiver was listed amongst the other miscellaneous Skylander's parts. IT DOES NOT WORK with Skylanders. I may be paranoid, but I believe some SOB, maybe with some hard to sell receivers, stuck this in there in hopes of suckers like me going for it. It's a receiver, I'll find SOME use for it, but I ain't likin' it.
