My box arrived with no product inside, so I contacted the company right away. The resulting customer service I received from Ruth was fantastic. She rushed the hair spray out to me which I received the next day and in time for me to use for a special occasion. She also followed up to make sure I got it and everything was okay. Terrific customer service! As for the product, it does more than protect my hair from heat. It helps style, add volume and leaves my dry, frizzy hair shinier and softer. With the Ella Bella spray, I find that I don't have to use a styling gel, volumizer or shine spray. I also love the scent.

The Ella Bella All in 1 Hair Repair and Protectant Spray is a game changer. It leaves my hair soft, smooth and frizz free without weighing it down or making it appear greasy. Plus, the smell is fabulous but not overpowering. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Over the years I have spent hundreds of dollars and read endless articles trying to find a product that would help with my dull, frizzy hair and could never find anything that even remotely worked. This product worked!!! My hair looks, shiny, tame and healthy! No more Frizzies. Lasts all day. You can use it on wet or dry hair. Very light and not at all sticky. I love this product!!

I've only used this once since receiving. My hair is very dry, frizzy and curly - blown straight always. I had used someone's ionic, Dyson blow dryer and my hair looked and felt like straw. It was awful! I tried to get around the very heavy floral scent of this and tried it with my regular blow dryer. The difference was amazing! My hair was so soft, silky, had shine, almost no frizz and looked healthy! I'm a breast cancer patient whose hair grew back in a whole different texture with many porous areas. It hasn't looked this healthy - no matter what products I've used, which have been many - until trying this. I also have hard water even with a shower filter. The scent is too strong and stays that way for two days though - so one star off. If these results continue though, I will be elated. I had beautiful long hair - even though crazy curly before cancer treatments (it was baby fine, but thick). After, I had cowlicks in front and have been so embarrassed about how my hair grew back. It always looks dry, dull and frizzes all the time. Very aging. This spray oil made my hair look and behave like the hair I had pre-cancer. Hoping my second time using it will have the same results. I will update. For now, I can't stop touching my hair as it feels so silky - the way it used to feel. If you have allergies to fragrance, don't purchase as the scent is pretty, but incredibly overwhelming. If your hair grew back from cancer treatments dry, weird texture and porous with lots of frizz, try it. Again, this is the first time in 2 years my hair looks and feels like the lovely hair I used to have. Thank you to the makers of this product.

This is a lovely product to use. I add it to my towel-dried hair & along with the ELLA BELLA hair dryer it leaves my gray hair shiny & smooth. I like the light fragrance but I'm careful not to use too much. I find it best to spray in my hands & then apply through my hair before drying.

Exactly what my hair needed!!! I have color treated, dry hair that is textured. This calms my hair down and makes it more manageable. I use this with the Ella Bella 6 in 1 styling tool and I’m finally happy with the way my hair looks and feels. Also it smells wonderful! No greasiness, it has a thicker consistency but works beautifully.

I like the way this product smells, and it always leaves my hair feeling soft. I use hair straightener almost every day, and it has really helped keep my hair healthy.
