Homeopathy is excellent if you understand it and know how to use it. Trying this to help someone with anger issues stemming from abandonment. Stramonium is also a great option.

This remedy Hyoscyamus Niger 6C is a great option to try for restless sleep. Take 3 to 5 pellets for a dose which at 80 pellets per bottle will last 16 to 26 doses. Definitely worth the money for improved sleep. Quarter shown for size if you've never used this type of dispenser before. You just twist the top of the bottle while holding upside down over the cap until your desired quantity comes out, then dump the contents into your mouth.
