I picked this up to help with jaw tension and headaches, and it’s been a really nice addition to my routine. The shape fits comfortably along the jaw and neck, and the vibration feels gentle but effective instead of harsh or irritating. The heat setting is especially relaxing once it warms up and really helps loosen tight areas. I like that it’s small and lightweight, so it’s easy to use without feeling awkward or bulky. The silicone feels soft and high quality, and the magnetic charging makes it simple and worry free. I’ve also used it on my neck and shoulders with good results. Overall, it feels thoughtfully designed for jaw relief and is much more comfortable than trying to use a regular massage gun on sensitive areas.

In recent months I had developed tightness and pain on one side of my jaw. Was able to ease with medication but did not like the idea of daily meds so was searching for another alternative when I found this on Amazon. Simple and effective. After my first week of twice a day use, the pain improved significantly. Definitely helped me and a bargain vs the ongoing medication or other options . I recommend for anyone as a first effective solution.

Did not come with the highly specific charger that is required. I was able to get and not impressed at all. Any massager could do what this does, there's nothing about it unique or worth the price point. The warming is an absolute joke. Think of a piece of silicone and how it'd feel after holding in your hand for awhile. That's as warm as this gets. Returning and trying another product entirely. Stay away

This has helped me with two headaches now -- not necessarily related to TMJ, but I do clench my jaw and get migraines. It's all related. Anyways, I've tried using vibration to help relax the muscles in my neck before, but the addition of heat definitely steps it up. The only problem is that only the larger part of the massager heats up. The smaller part that I use for more targeted areas only vibrates, but there isn't any heat. I wish that part had heat, too. That being said, though, overall, I like it. It charged pretty easily and hasn't needed a recharge yet. The vibration level is a little high -- I do wish it had a lower setting so I could feel more comfortable using it over my eyes. But it works really well pressing into the neck, shoulder, jawline, and temples. Will definitely continue to use this for my frequent headaches.

I like it so much that bought it twice! I lost the charger and was so bummed that I couldnt use it, so I bought a new one. Works well with the perfect vibration level to relax my tense jaw muscles.

I have TMJ and this massager has really helped relieve some of the pain.

Heat stopped working after 3 months sad to say. Was perfect and helpful up until then. Debating buying another one just to give it another shot. Massage was helpful for jaw and neck But I was spoiled by the heat. Maybe I used it to often, would use it during office days at work on my neck.

Charging cord sucks. Vibration is too strong. Doesn’t stay charged for very long, but the heat feels good.

I went through a few machines for TMJ, and this seemed the best. I wish they had a right side one. It would work much better.
