These balloons were perfect for my daughter's Las Vegas themed homecoming. I ordered 2 packs and used some of the latex balloons from the second pack. I originally had the setup outside and it began raining and none of the balloons popped in the weather or during moving it back and forth from inside and outside.

It looks really great! But I’m giving it a 4 bc I don’t think the ballon quality is very good. And there are a lot more smaller ballon’s than I thought. Also no directions on how to work with the helium ones but I got it to work. You need a balloon blower for sure. Over good choice.

Exactly like the picture after you get everything blown up my only suggestion is make sure you have a air pump I did ALL of it by mouth and oh my it was a breath taking task to say the least lol
