ordered this product to get vitamins needed...but without having to swallow a huge pill. these vitamins work as described.

I do not understand why the adults who are reviewing this as ADULTS care so much if these are palatable. Vitamins aren't supposed to taste good. However, the taste and texture of these are tolerable, which by vitamin standards, is not bad.Like many people, I eat these as a grown woman because of recurring problems with iron and calcium deficiency that result from being an athlete. I loathe taking iron pills because quite frankly, they are nasty and it disincentivizes me from taking them on a regular basis. But voila, mask the gross iron taste with some chemicals (it's really not that much, it's literally less asparatame and coloring than a piece of gum...) and we're back on the road to recovery.Highly recommend these for those struggling with the female athlete triad.

The taste is just ok but the nutrition is sound and they are easy on my sensitive stomach. The first vitamin I have had as an adult that didn’t make me sick. I was floored when a professional nutritionist recommended two of the Flintstones Complete chewables per day as part of my healthier eating plan. I feel better and the value of the 5-pack I bought on Amazon was cheaper than anything I found locally.

My doctor recommended these to me for after surgery. He says the ability to chew them helps digest them efficiently helping my stomach in the process. My stomach has been made surgically smaller. They taste good, and appear to work well for me. This is my second bottle. I recommend them.

As an adult using chewable flinstones, I have used the white bottle flinstones too. I prefer the taste of the white bottle flinstones. The blue are ok, but not as “fruity” tasting.

I did a lot of research on multi-vitamins and ran my decision my our pediatrican. This has all of the nutritional supplements my children need AND they enjoy taking the vitamin. What more can I ask for? This one ("complete") has more iron than others which my child's pediatrician recommended. Especially useful for children who do not eat a lot of meat or 10+ girls. I was happy to discover a reasonably priced daily vitamin that you can buy from any grocery store was the best option. I now know why a 2 pack was cheaper than the singles. These expire in October of this year.

I AM 68 YEARS OLD FEMALE AND SINCE 1982 MY BLOOD TESTS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN BELOW NORMAL BY A LOT.MY FRIEND TOLD ME HER BLOOD TESTS RESULTS WERE HORRIBLE AND HER DR TOLD HER TO TAKE FLINSTONE'S COMPLETE HARD CHEWABLES EVERY DAY, THEY GO INTO YOUR BODY AS YOU CHEW THEM.I TOOK THEM FOR 3 MONTHS AND MY BLOOD TEST WAS DUE AND ALL OF A SUDDEN MY BLOOD LEVELS WERE ALL NORMAL OR ABOVE.
