Just what i was looking for
These are wonderful shoes! True to size. They are cute, lightweight and comfortable! Perfect summer athletic shoe. They are a minimus shoe so if you are someone who needs a lot of support like myself, id recommend an insert if you are going to be wearing these all day. I cant wait to buy these in another color!

I bought these shoes for cross-training and Insanity. After some research I learned that minimalist shoes would be the best for me because they are as close to bare feet as I can get. I don't like working out without shoes on and I hate the shoes with the toes. I found these shoes to be very comfortable to workout in. There is not a lot of support but that's not why I wanted them. I was also informed by my hubby who is an avid runner that these shoes would be great for sprint training, but nothing on a run longer than a 5K. These shoes work great for my work out and after 30 days of insanity, they are holding up very well (I only wear them for workouts).

Great weightlifting shoes
I love these shoes for lifting. The minimal heel-to-toe drop has really helped my squat, deadlift and leg press because I can really push through the heels, compared to the regular cross-training shoes I was wearing before. I normally wear a size 7 in athletic shoes, but 6.5 in dress shoes, so I ordered the 6.5 because they were significantly cheaper. I should have gone with the size 7, but the 6.5 fit fine, especially now that I've broken them in. I've had these for about 6 months and I wear them 6 days a week for lifting and I haven't noticed much wear. I highly recommend these to anyone that lifts weights, especially if they are still wearing regular cross-training shoes (that don't have the minimal heel-to-toe drop).

A good basic gym shoe
They are comfortable and light. The material on the front breathes nicely too.I tried them for weight training and Zumba so far, but I think I might need a bit more ankle support for Zumba.Still, a good shoe for other gym classes and activities.

Pretty good
They are actually pretty good shoes. I do not rate them fully 5 stars as I ordered half a size too big.Because of the other review I took them half a size above what I usually take and they are a little too big. All my new balance are 7 1/2 and I ordered a 8 based on the ratings of the other customers. The shoes is minimus and you need to be used to it.

Falling apart at end of day 1
I work retail in a garden center. On my feet for 8+ hours. I definitely noticed that there was no arch support at all. That was fine, i'm sure my foot was going to get used to it. However, at the end of the day, The front silver part of the shoe was coming unglued from the mesh. I was so mad. I guess $60 sneakers don't last even a whole day nowadays. Sent them back.

this is a soft and comfortable shoe. I'm training my legs and feet for minimal support and this was a great way to make the transition. at first i wore this shoe every other time i ran and eventaually i could run with these everytime without pains. It runs about a half size too big. If i would have bought it half size smaller it would have been a perfect shoe. I love the laces and the materials.

Ow ow ow!
Disclaimer: I have weird feet. These are just my experiences--the product may work great for you.I ordered these a week or so ago and found the reviews deceptively positive. Main problems: the shoes are not as minimalist as I'd expected--the rubber sole barely flexes at all. They're heavy and bulky and they feel like I'm wearing lead boxes. The laces cut into the top of my foot near the ankle. I've tried a bunch of different methods of lacing including ladder lacing, straight bar lacing, and skipping the last eyelet, which took the edge off, barely. Also the eyelets are just holes punched in the fabric and very hard to lace. Finally, my Trick Ankle, which I use as an indicator of shoe quality, started complaining about three hundred yards into my run. I had to stop and stretch it and retie the shoes every quarter mile or so, and the second time I went running in them, I had to stop about a mile and a half in, the pain was so bad. My left hip, both knees, parts of my lower back, and both feet tag-teamed hating the shoes as well, and the whole point of new shoes is for ibuprofen not to be a regular part of my running routine. So yeah, if your feet are picky and require minimalist shoes like mine, I'd recommend a different kind of shoe.
