Great quality product however I didn't expect it to be a "Make your own" and it took about 10-15 to make whichbwas unfortunately time I didn't have and didn't expect to need.Maybe that's on so the 4* is based on the quality and value for money.

Great, cute, budget decorations, take some time to assemble
Bought this for my boyfriend’s birthday. Took ca. 45 min to put up since the balloons were hard to blow up (but same for all baloons), however also since the banner was not “pre-made”. I had to put it together myself by threading the string through the letters saying Happy Birthday.Did look great and perfect for a man / boy birthday!
