I don't usually leave reviews but I received a very polite email from the seller asking if I would review their Bellemain 12-Cup Nonstick Madeleine Pan I had purchased so I decided to do so since I am very pleased with the product. I wanted Madeleines and was in Whole Foods and saw how much they were charging and there was no way I was paying that much money, so I decided I'd make my own. I went online and pans to make these little buggers were all over the place from really expensive silicone deals close to $50 and in-between. The Bellemain pan was rated pretty highly and the price was very right. I ordered and had it within two days. It't a heavy (not too heavy) pan, not flimsy at all and non-stick. The Madeleine recipe says you need to oil and flour so they don't stick, you don't need to do the flour part with this pan and I'm not sure you need the oil (I haven't tried that yet). But by just oiling lightly, the Madeleine's remove easily without sticking and the clean up is hot water and a wipe. The pan sits level in my oven on the rack. It makes 12 Madeleines at a time which is exactly the amount of my recipe. It is a dark pan, so if you bake, you know dark pans can help your baking brown quicker, so pay attention to how your oven bakes. This pan turns out a very nice madeleine with the design on one side that gives a crisp finish to the baked good. I feel that this pan is a great value for the price they are charging. Size wise, I could easily fit two of these in my small oven if I wanted. I've used it twice now and have no complaints.

Received today and used it right away. Worked great. The cookies did not stick and it is very easy to clean. Nice weight and seems sturdy.

Nice pans. Lightweight, but no bending from the oven. So easy to clean. The cookies come right out cleanly as long as you remember to butter the mold EVERY time. I use a mix of 1-2 tablespoons of butter and 1-1.5 of flour depending on how many I am baking. Then brush each mold completely. Works like a dream. This was a good price for 2 pans of this quality. They are pretty thin and don’t take up much cupboard space.

This pan is great, made great looking madeleines on my first try and they don’t stick.

Works great and excellent value. Found the shell cups a little shallower than some pans, so putting a little less batter in each was helpful.

The pan is as expected, and I am happy with it.

Haven't used yet, but appear good quality, solid and fit for purpose.
