Reasonably priced laptop which cleverly can be folded over to use as a tablet or simply as in our house, a netflix/disney plus/movie viewing device. Quick boot up, no lag, plays simple games and is perfectly fine for google classroom and other schoolwork. Nicely sized in that it's not too small to watch a movie but not so big it's impossible to carry or find a bag to fit. Usual speedy amazon service, arrived within 2 days.

It’s a good overall general laptop. The speed is decent and allows opening all the programs I need to use due to the higher ram. Graphics ok. Design programs run a little slow but no real issues and for the price it’s more than acceptable. No complaints easily converted and upgraded to win 11 pro. I’d definitely recommend. Only con is it won’t recognise my external dvd player but all ports do function properly. Time will tell how robust etc it is but I do have high hopes.

super fast to set up excellent to operate

So far not showing signs of overheating, which has been a concern with previous models. The laptop is adequate for streaming and very good for normal surfing the web. Its a nice size not too big or small, so quite portable. Only small bugbear is that version of Windows 11 ( I changed it from 11S back to 11, too many restrictions) needs to be updated to a later version, and only just bought it! Otherwise, very pleased with this machine.

Acer aspire 3 with Intel i7 is brilliant. Easy to set up , very quick, does everything very well . Recommended

No complaints about the laptop , it’s Windows 11 that spoils it .

WARNING Mine arrived with a dodgy w11 pro OS - for an optiflex 7010 sff - its 10 years old and not compatible for ug, so its a dodgy pirate image. Chrome infected with viruses. Verdict you can get is to work, but dont know whats lurking. Dont use it for serious work, cant be made secure no TPM 2.0. I only bought mine to wipe HDD for a Linux m/c for which it is fine and good value for £127. up to you

Here's the product review I wanted to leave, my arthritic hands posted before I was ready. unable to edit. For some reason six keys stopped working. The Cursor moves but no corresponding letter appears on the screen I have another acer to work alongside my old beloved Acer which has an internal DVD drive. I have installed VLC as a backup should I need it. I have been able to remove the hated Co-pilot and life is so much easier without it. Now that I have retired I do not need all the business extras that Microsoft deem to be necessary but to people like me are just an annoyance. Just a thought! How much money could Microsoft and Computer manufacturers make if they supplied machines to users that they actually want instead of ones that the large companies decide that they should have.
