Great buy for treatment of my leg ulcers which are large enough to cover my wound. arrived very promptly

Atrauman is the perfect solution to making sure the wound dressings don't stick to or interfere with the wound site itself. The performance is enhanced by the foil packaging making the application of the sterile gauze simple and convenient.

Bought for a bed bound relative whilst waiting for a prescription to be fulfilled, These dressings are an essential requirement, they work well, and, despite the cost, I'm happy I was able to buy them via Amazon before the prescription was available for collection. The dressings deserve 5 stars out of 5. The purchase price warrants a 4 stars out of 5 review rating.

Fantastic had to buy this product as ran out of them (used by nurse to dress mums leg ulcers but ran out and new order was not ready) so pleased I found them on Amazon, they arrived really quickly so able to dress mums legs (I am a qualified nurse now disabled and mums full time carer she also has dementia and gets upset when the dressing are not done, Along with the Atrauman Tulle I bought compression bandages, so very pleased with this product I do recommend that you only buy this product if the patient is using it. This dressing helps heal the ulcer and it also cools the area, you can cut them and keep the cut of piece in the envelope it comes in to keep it clean and not dry out.

Fantastic replacement for old fashioned gauze. Very handy if you have to use cream or ointment.

Zuverlässiger Lieferant, der zügig versendet. Prima Produkt, habe einen großen Ulcus am Unterbein, ohne Atraumann wäre ich verloren was Verbände betr. Das Produkt ist leider teuer, doch unvergleichlich günstiger als in jeder Apotheke- zumal ich Selbstzahler bin. Herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle an den Lieferanten!
