Not too much waste...of bones and skin...all really good wild Sockeye Salmon! One can made about 12 salmon patties: 1 egg, about a 1/2 cup crackers (almond or whatever kind you have), 3 green onions, diced finely, lemon pepper if you have it...or a bit of fresh lemon, and pepper. Fry in a small amount of olive oil on medium heat. Serve with creamed peas and potatoes (frozen peas work best, and diced bite-sized potatoes). Totally yummy!!! My mom's recipe. Best price on this canned salmon anywhere I could find!! even Costco!

Good product. More economical than in the stores but there is better quality out there.

This salmon is the freshest tasting I have ever had from a Can. There is No stink like you get with some brand's. Even the juice that was in the Can for packing was yummy, I drank all of it. I had made it up like tuna and celery and chosen mayo and ate with crackers or on a sandwich. I think I will make some salmon patties next.
