Absolutely rubbish. Gives really bad burning sensation to your eyes, nose and throat, not only the person who applying but all persons whoever is at home even sitting in their rooms while locked door. Also after having all this had 0 results while following all the instructions step via step. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Great product it’s the 1st time I have used this & I am so pleased with the result. My hair is very thick & frizzy & now it is sleek & manageable I will definitely be using this again when the time comes for it to be done again my hair. I have saved myself £100 by doing it myself.

For me this product has the same results as home relaxer (minus the chemicals obvs). During the use of the Keratin treatment the fumes caused my eyes to water and my nose to burn. Also, it came into contact with the top of my ear and that burnt a bit. (I didn't do the patch test before - this was the only step I didn't follow). The rest of the instructions I followed to the letter. I also found that I should straighten my hair every day for the next 3 days while my hair "learns" to be straight. I did the treatment on 31st Dec and straightened my hair on 1st 2nd and 4th Jan (missed a day coz I was ill in bed). For me the results are very similar to relaxer but I'll have to see if it actually lasts 3 - 6 months. I love this product though and the added value of less chemicals than relaxer has me sold.

I usually wear my hair natural, meaning no chemicals, relaxers, dyes, perms, etc. Nothing. I have a giant graying Afro that I wanted to change into a smooth upsweep for my daughter's wedding. I purchased this product and was very pleased with the results. Not only did my hair turn out fabulously, it lasted a lot longer than I thought it would. I applied it as directed, and it was easy peasy. It lasted for 8 weeks! When I wash my hair, I can either keep it curly, adding my go-to moisturizer, Profectiv Mega Growth Break Free Daily Leave in Strengthener or blow dry and flat iron it straight. My ONLY "complaint" is regarding the fumes/strong chemical smell when it was time to blow dry or flat iron my hair. The odor was so pungent, I ended up having to open several windows and doors because the chemical smell was overpowering. But no worries. This situation ONLY HAPPENED ONCE---the day of application. After this, the chemical odor was no longer an issue. And...women have suffered far more in the name of beauty than having to complete their hair on their outdoors back patio! LOL Great product. Great seller who provides you with their card containing contact info if you have any questions or issues! I'd call that good communication.

I have medium length, wavy, frizzy, hard to manage hair. I purchased this back in February and did it exactly how the directions said. It's definitely a process, it takes a while & you need to do it in a well ventilated area, but the results are so worth it, especially for the cost. Afterwards, I could shower, brush my hair, & go with no heat, maintenance, or time, it's amazing. It's now 6 months later and I'm just now needing to do another treatment & only because my new growth needs it! In the first few months my hair was so silky soft and perfectly straight every time, but up to 6 months later and it's still significantly straighter than it used to be. My hair definitely feels healthier & is all over easier to manage. These treatments make my morning so much quicker and easier! Each treatment only takes half the bottle for me, so for $15-$20/treatment, I'm honestly amazed! I will continue buying this!

I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE this product because not only does it burn your scalp and your eyes it causes an insufferable pain in your throat that you can barely breathe, I couldn’t even follow the product instructions to see if the product even works because it’s impossible to dry your hair with the product on the only thing I have to say is don’t waste your money on this product, unless you want to die intoxicated like I almost did.

This has formaldehyde which causes huge discomfort with burning eyes and breathing.

The product is very complete; it leaves the hair soft and very manageable
