Used it only once. Second time I tried to use it, it didn’t switching on anymore. Worst quality product ever.

This product is 110VAC .can't be used in the uae without power transformer . If used with 220v it will burn after first use.

Heats up quickly just cautious it get SUPER SUPER HOT. Water evaporates with in 15 mins

Absolutely crap! When I first received it, it was fine & in working order. The second day I turned it on it wouldn't work. It's actually not working. Won't switch on.

It is just what I needed It warms towels really fast

It gets the towels extremely hot very quickly. The timer is helpful because it turns off when the water is gone if you forgot about it, but if you add more water, you can easily add more time. The tongs aren’t very helpful for the bigger towels I use, but maybe for washcloth size.
