Design is very good . I preferred this over pigeon is jus for the rubber holder on top to lift the plates . U get medium size idlis . Not big ones . Working fine Til now . Happy

Product quality is good because of the packaging issue the product delivered in damage condition so I request for the replacement couple of timesPlease Concentrate on Packaging
