This is one supplement that really works for me. This has had unexpected benefits. I have been taking magnesium supplements for years and assumed they would be doing something good for me at the cellular level as I was not experiencing any noticeable effects. However I have been taking Dr Dean's remag for about 4 months now and the effects on my well being are amazing. Dr Dean's remag is of a picometer size so the magnesium gets into the cells. I have tried multiple supplements of many kinds over the years and they did nothing for me. Using remag, my mood is amazing, my energy levels are really good and my sleep is improving. I feel awake and my aging brain is working well. I am passed the placebo window and continue to experience good effects from Dr Dean's remag. I am not saying everyone will experience the kind of benefits I am experiencing but the price is equivalent to other good oral magnesium supplements and I highly recommend folks trying it. I do take more then the recommended dosage and I am experiencing no ill side effects. I am about to empty my cupboard of all other supplements that I have bought in the hopes they would help improve my wellbeing.
