Why doesn't the package have the non gmo stamp on it? the question below was answered that it is non gmo?

In Venezuela they are VERY strict and P.A.N. cornmeal is non GMO But when it is made in the USA it is made with GMO corn. I did all the homework on this because I know how unhealthy GMO is.
