This has really helped me to sleep better and wake up without back pain. I am a side sleeper and with my knee pain I have been unable to have my knees on top of each other, which is needed to keep my back straight. This pillow does the trick! I can keep my knees cushioned and my spine straight so I don't wait up with back pain. It has really helped me!

My knees hurt at night if I don't use this cushion. I wake up stiff and it's difficult to move. Using this cushion has improved that situation greatly. It's supportive with a good balance of soft and firm. The size is practical. I do kick around while sleeping, and while the cushion can slip off, I have been able to pull it back into position practically in my sleep.

I have arthritis in my hips and am a side sleeper. Each night my sleep would be interrupted while trying to find a comfortable position, sometimes for hours. I tried small pillows but kept losing them in the night and they were never wide enough. I decided to try this leg pillow and am I glad I did. It is the right width and, with the velcro band, I never lose it in the night. I can change positions and the pillow comes along. My legs align perfectly, my sleep has vastly improved, and I don't wake up in pain in the morning. I love I can remove and wash the soft cover. My DH is now considering a leg pillow to help with his sciatica.

I bought this because it claimed to be cooling. It is not. I have another knee pillow that works fine, but is a little warm so I wanted a cooling one. This pillow works well as a knee pillow - stays in place, is pretty comfortable, good height. But I bought it for the cooling feature and in that regard, it's worse than my non-cooling pillow. I woke up several times because I was so uncomfortable on how warm I was. Fine for the pillow itself. Zero stars for the cooling.

The pillow attaches to your leg and stays in place so if you move it doesn't slip away. It's firm but soft to hold you legs at a consistent distance. Very nice to use and helpful.

I would not recommend this knee pillow. While the cover is nice the foam inside is super cheap and doesn't offer hardly any support to begin with and after a few weeks of trying to use it, the foam kept reducing to less and less support then I got no support at all. I started waking up in more pain so I went back to just using a regular pillow. I was going to return it, but of course I had to pay to return it so I’m stuck with the cost of another cheap product I’ll just toss or give to goodwill.

I didn't think this would work as well as it did. Th absolutely amazing, and despite me being obese, this still works as it should. again, I'm obese, and have larger thighs and knees, but this still works. the shape is perfect, and still holds it shape to this day. The cover blows my mind! It's cool to the touch and doesn't get incredibly warm, which I was concerned with. It appears to be high quality memory foam and is firm but not.. It bounces back instantly. It's very lightweight, and the straps works quite well. overall, I'd totally buy this again!
