My Opinion : looks good when in use . Sprouting is quite good and efficient. Well grown sprouts have to be physically removed as it usually gets stuck on the inner movable lid. Hold the lid while rinsing the sprouts to prevent spillage. The outer cover lid usually requires a thorough wash. No fear of breakage ! I am using it quite regularly.

The seller should remove the word borosilicate from the listing as there is no such thing. It is all plastic and therefore the price of the product is too high. But I liked the product as sprouting is encouraging and fun with this inventive product.

Dal starts to rot before it can even begin to sprout, it's totally waste of money. Cover is breakable plastic material. Please do not buy it's like trowing your money into the waste bin
