Is this mix vegan? What is the source of the natural vanilla flavor?

Hello! The natural vanilla flavor in this mix is derived from vanilla beans. We do not add any animal products to this mix as an ingredient, but it is processed in a facility that also process milk and eggs. Can I use this mix to make rolled out dough for cookie cutters?

The directions for soft, chewy cookie bars requires some extra butter and water - then press into 9" x 13" pan. It doesn't say anything about rolling the dough for cookie cutters. As long as the dough is pressed then maybe cookie cutters can be used if the baking time is watched. This mix is very good!

This cookie mix is the best if you're looking for gluten-free. I made chocolate chip cookies out of it and it was unbelievably good. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's gluten free. It doesn't taste gluten-free at all!!

product was damaged in mail and powder mix leaking out, I contacted Amazon and they are sendind me a new box. Overall this is a good product ,just add Oatmeal, choc. chips or whatever you like.
