Sounds loud
I bought cheap version of stethoscope before but it didn't solved my purpose. This one looked premium with warranty+it says that it imported so bought this one and as far it justified the price

Worst product of all time. The ordered it again because it came rusted (the meatl part) and again it can rusted . Won't recommend to medical students.
