This product has completely remove nasal dryness and cracking from Sjogrens. This product comes in a small quantity but the amount that you use is very little. I did have trouble with opening the jar and the manufacturer sent a replacement right away which was greatly appreciated. They were very responsive. I have used every product on the market for nasal dryness, and this is the only one that has completely eliminated this issue. It takes several days for it to completely eliminate the issue, but I felt relief after the first night. Since the relief yielded from this product, I only use this product every other day for maintenance. Great product and if you suffer from Sjogren’s, I wouldn’t hesitate on buying this.

The best-kept secret. This stuff is so amazing. I use a bipap machine and continuous oxygen 24/7. I live in a very dry climate and suffered dry nose, with hard mucous cresting and frequent blood noses. This stuff is not a petroleum product, but just as thick. Just a small bead on a Q-tip place inside my mates is all that is needed. It softens hardened mucous build up so I can blow it out of my nose, it is healing of the thin tissues inside that would cause bloody noses, yeah! No more bloddy noses, I am more comfortable especially when waking in the morning I apply it twice a day. After I showe and also bedtime. It is still present in the morning, I even use it on my lips at night. It has a very mild saline taste, is colorless and odorless. I have grandchildren who get frequent nose bleeds. This stuff when applied twice a day has stopped my little grandkids’ bloody noses and has slowed down their chronic nose picking. This is a perfect auto shipping product. One tub seems to last about 2-3 months with regular use. I have bought this stuff for all my family members and I am just touting this product by my word of mouth advertising. It should have professional representatives to push this product in hospitals, rehab facilities, home and hospice health care providers for everyone using oxygen or ventilation equipment!

Great product. This is very refreshing vs Vaseline and very light weight, but effective.

I want to give the actual product FIVE STARS because it works very well. I literally cannot sleep without this product now because I suffer from chronically dry nose and would get nosebleeds almost every night. This product actually soothes the nose and helps reduce the pain of breathing through my nose. I really like that it doesn't have a strange smell or taste and especially that it doesn't leak into the back of my throat and leave me gagging all night. **My main complaint however is that it is expensive. Very expensive. This little jar is almost 16 dollars and it only lasts 5-6 days. I have searched high and low for a different product that costs less. If anyone knows of something, please let me know!!

Years of oxygen use left me with a dried out nose that bled heavily whenever it felt like it. A doctor is taking care of the nosebleeds, and using this gel twice a day is helping with the dryness. A little goes a long way, and the tub lasts a for a long time. It has no odor that I can detect. I previously tried the eucalyptus scent, but didn't like having the odor in my nose.

GREAT product, TERRIBLE packaging. Product is the best I've found for a nasal moisturizer and works fantastic as a healing ointment for stubborn wounds right under nostrils due to dryness, nasal drip, and nose blowing. I have constant scabs and wounds under my nostrils (for almost a year) due to many factors, and I've tried dozens of balms, gels, ointments, moisturizers, creams, you name it and I've probably tried it. I've never had better results than with this product. It works, definitely works. But the sucky thing is the packaging doesn't have an airtight seal, and there is no protection in the packaging to keep the product protected from air and temperatures. It becomes a hardened substance in the heat, so I keep it in a cool area, and it still ends up solidifying and hard little solids become present throughout the moisturizer, and it gets worse as you use it because there is less and less in the container so there are more solid pieces. The actual amount of product is pretty stingy and they don't give you much. Especially for the price. But all in all I wouldn't even care about that as much if there was a better seal on the packaging and it stayed the consistency it is supposed to have, and didn't develop little solids that make it difficult to use.

We have electric heat and it dries out our nasal passages. Using this cream twice a day inside our noses has stopped reoccurring nose bleeds and made breathing easier. It is well worth the money. I recommended it to all my family and friends.

I have to admit, I was skeptical that there was such a product. I wear an oxygen cannula 24/7. The inside of my nose hurts so bad from just wearing the nose piece and where the oxygen flows to inside my nose. Dry is an understatement, dry like the Sahara Desert is more like it. I use a very low liter per second usage: 2.3/two and a half. Besides the oxygen usage I have seasonal allergies and as a result I use a steroid base nose spray. Very dry nose. My expectations were low. Cooling relief with the first application! It's not greasy, doesn't drip out of your nose, doesn't smell or taste nasty. I have applied 4 times in 3 days, same small amount each time, and it feels great each time. Good value.

I’ve been struggling with exercise induced rhinitis for about 12 months and I’ve tried every single cream, balm, saline spray, etc. Nothing worked properly, perhaps a minute or two of relief then breathing in razor blades covered in lemon juice! This product is magic. I have tried so many remedies for dry sore nasal passages over the years, and the contents of this small jar have finally cured my discomfort. Small jar, yes, but I have been using this for four months now and still have enough left for maybe another two months. I highly recommend this nasal moisturiser.

Excellent stuff, I have sjogrens and I was in a lot of pain in my nostrils and sinuses with dryness. I apply a tiny amount with a cotton bud morning and night and my sores have gone inside my nose and I’m much more comfortable, so glad I found this.
