Great seasoning

I was intrigued when I saw this set of Brazilian seasonings, as I love churrascaria. It also stood out to me when I saw that all the spice blends were made with fresh raw garlic, which I have never seen in a "dry" spice blend before. The ingredients are very high quality in these seasonings, and they really mean it when they say to use it sparingly.I tried out the beef seasoning on some New York strip steaks last night and only used about a teaspoon worth between 3 steaks (about 1 lb of meat) and while they looked like there was barely any seasoning on them, the flavor was out of this world. I might try a tiny bit more seasoning next time (the company recommends 1/2 tbsp per lb of meat, which would be 1.5 tsp), but I didn't want to risk over-seasoning on my first use. The seasoning really brought out the beefiness in the steaks, and just complimented it beautifully.I have not had a chance to try the other 4 seasonings yet, but I expect they will be just as fantastic and flavorful as the beef one. They are competitively priced with grocery store seasonings, but are miles ahead in quality and taste. This set is great for home chefs, and is very giftable as well.

These Brazilian spice rub blends have really good flavor, and as the packaging states, a little goes a long way!You are only supposed to use these before cooking , and the instructions specifically say not to put it on after cooking. I'm guessing this is because of the raw garlic.Like a lot of spice rubs, these are heavy on the salt. I'm sensitive to salt, so it's more than I would like. But they're still a quality product, very flavorful, and I enjoyed the chicken and veggies I've used it on. It's surprising how much flavor you get from using such a small amount!

This is quite possibly the perfect set of spices for a budding grill master. Wonderful spices to enhance beef (or any red meat), chicken (or any poultry), pork (or lamb or wild game), fish or seafood and one (All Purpose) for everything else! They even give you a bar code to scan for some great recipes, like Moqueca Capixaba (Authentic Brazilian Fish Stew), Margret de Canard (crispy duck breast) with Berry Port Sauce and even a Moose Burger!These are definitely different spices that you probably haven’t come across before. They are made with fresh garlic, so they are a bit ‘moist’ and really taste fresh! The instructions say to use sparingly (about 1/2 tablespoon per pound of meat) so a little goes a long way. And to add the spice prior to cooking; this is crucial for optimal flavor. Each jar is 4 oz so they should last quite a while. My set has an expiration date of March 2027 (2 years from now) which is great. I’ve tried the beef and chicken and I was really impressed with both. My husband even complimented the flavor of his steak. If he noticed enough to comment, it’s good! If you’d like to give an upgrade to your meals, try Perfeito spices. You won’t regret it!

We don't usually buy blends because my husband is a chef so we make our own. And tbh I like my steaks with just salt and pepper, but lately I've been craving that Brazilian barbecue flavor. These blends are so fresh and aromatic that they're not dry or dusty when you open them. They look and taste freshly prepared. I've never seen that before in a bottle. And they're incredible. They taste as authentic as the bbq I had in São Paulo. You can taste each of the ingredients in the different blends. This is Better Than Bouillon quality. I think they did a wonderful job creating a complete line of well-rounded flavors. Even my husband was impressed and he hates premade blends. The included salt makes it a little tough to salt to taste on your own, but it tastes pretty well balanced. The whole set is thoughtfully packaged and well-designed. I absolutely love this set and am considering gifting it to everyone this year. Cannot recommend enough.

I've used these spices on several different types of meat and veggies and they really do add a nice flavor to them. My favorite, and most recent, was using the Chicken mix on some grilled chicken thighs and the Seafood mix on some bacon wrapped shrimp.The jars are large enough to last a while and the seasoning comes out easily from the lid without dumping too much. I wouldn't say they're overly spicy but if you're someone who is highly sensitive to spicy food, you may want to go very light with the seasoning.
