The only lotion that worked for my newborn's extremely dry skin is a location that contains this berry. We use this drop for her bath, along with calinmine. It works amazingly. We also have the berries we made into an oil, and the berry in a powder form, which we use as a creme. Another name for this berry is magnolian berry or Wu Wei zi or 5 flavor berry.

Definitely helps my energy and mood levels. I have a hard time waking up some mornings so I bought a second bottle to keep beside my bed. The second bottle is the smaller one and for some reason tastes more um… potent. The taste of this reminds me of black pepper with berry flavor added. I shoot for the back of my tongue so I don’t really have to taste it. I don’t mind the taste of the bigger bottle anymore but the smaller one get me 😂 I also find this to be an appetite suppressant which I was not expecting. I’ve been using this for about 4 weeks.

Did lots of research on this because I'm sensitive to supplements. Scoured internet for bad reactions and found nothing but some stomach woes - need to eat toast or something when take it. I originally heard about this from Stacey Simm's interview with Huberman Lab Podcast. I was looking to use it as a runner before big runs. I feel good on it. Even keeled... Have used it now for about a week. The first time I took it, I was nervous because of my sensitivities so I literally put maybe 5 drops in some juice. WOW. I felt the difference and it wasn't overwhelming or anything. I now use 1/2 dropper full - the recommended amount is a full dropper. Worth trying.

I take this everyday! Taste is actually nice.

Love this brand they have great quality products

When I first tried schisandra, it was the NOW brand and in pill form. I had recently came off of my nerve medication and wasn’t feeling right. I was dealing with a lot of nervous/anxious energy so my friend convinced me to by some. I could tell a difference after only taking it one time. It helped calm me down and feel normal. Big relief. So I thought it might work even better if I bought it in a tincture liquid form, but I didn’t feel the same effect as I did with the other brand in pill form. That’s just my personal experience. Everybody’s different.
