I’ve worn a few of these over the years but I have to say this ones the best so far. Very comfortable and pretty low profile. One of the things I like most about it is the fact the shoulder loops come from your traps and middle of your back. Give so much more support then some of the others where the loops come from your traps only and rides up on you all day! Also I don’t feel immobile. I can do what I do and not look like Herman monster and have to adjust after every movement. I’ve done a few workouts wearing this and I’m pleased. Just doing curls is a huge difference and you gain more from it because your not lifting with your shoulders.Pretty easy I’d say adjust the length in the back first. Then stand up straight and strap them snug but comfortable.
