Great for lace bite
These pads work great in hockey skates! I wear them every few months for lace bite flare-ups and they work great to help mitigate the issue and help the front of my ankle recover.

Great for pole dancing
I have bone spurs on my feet that cause me a lot of pain when I'm pole dancing and the tops of my feet drag against the hard wood floors. These are amazing! Super protective and easy to put on.

Great for lace bite and rub spots
My feet are 6W in shoes or 3E in hockey skates. I got the smaller sz and first time out on the ice there was no more lace bite and no more rub issues on the side of my instep. They work well for me! I like them better than the Bunga sleeves I used to have.

Comfortable and protective
I ordered this to protect the top of my foot where too much pressure was being applied from a post surgical boot. Overall the product is very comfortable, protective, and doing exactly what I needed. However, it arrived with a small hole. I’m hoping the hole doesn’t get bigger because I’m not in a position where I can go without it while waiting on another to arrive. That is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars.

The gel could be thicker
They kind of start to pull apart when you pull them off

Actually gives relief from lacebite.
Great little lacebite pads. The gel over the top of the foot gives great relief from lacebite. I would prefer if they were a full sock covering the toes as well, as the band wrapping around the mid part of the foot can feel a little weird. But all in all the relief needed is provided by these.

Bye to lace bite
I had the worst lace bite from my hockey skates. Never healing open cut. I tried band aids and Mole skin but couldn’t stop the lace bite. These worked great and stay in place. They don’t take up any more space in the skate than a nylon sock would. Get ‘em

Great item
I had bad burns on my ankles from my ice hockey skates and do not like wearing knee length socks so I got the CRS Cross Lace Bite Pads. They are amazing. Thin enough to not cause an issue with a good flex that prevents bunching up but with enough padding to prevent further skate burns. I would absolutely recommend them.

Quality product there is no doubt about that. It’s worth trying if you suffer from lace bite. I think this product would work great for boots or sneakers where less pressure is placed on the lace portion. It didn’t work for me unfortunately. My lace bite is still 90% there. The gel pad is thin and maybe a thicker pad may help me if something existed. I also found the material of the sock quite slippery which caused my foot to shift around in my skate. I’ll continue to use them as even 10% relief is still relief but the magical cure that I thought these would be was for not.

Very good value for money as it comes in a pair. Very useful for me to wear them inside my ice skates, they provide gel-cushioned support and greatly reduce the pain. They are also thin enough so they do not make my ice skates tighter. Really happy to find these on Amazon.

After reading all the 5 star reviews. I decided to give the CRS cross lace bite pads a try. After waiting a couple of weeks, this morning the pads arrived. I popped one on, did up my Mission hockey inline skate and flexed forward and instantly felt lace bite. In fact it actually felt worst than before (but I have to admit it is a while since I was last able to use my skates. I then tried on my Bauer ice hockey skates, exactly the same thing. The strip of padding at the front of the pads has about the same cushioning (if anything slightly less) as one of the Compeed gel heal blister plaster, my wife has used in the past. It is no where near enough to stop the discomfort from the pressure points of the lace cross on the skate tongue when flexing forward. With several local ponds and one car park completly frozen over. I am going to head over today, to the one that has the least people (as am shielding) to have a skate. But no using the CRS Cross non effective lace bite pads. Of course it is up to you, if they are genuine, these pads seem to have helped a lot of people. For me they were absolutely pointless, not easing the lace bite in the least. When going to process the return, my option were to pay postage myself or UPS collection (I contacted Amazon to find out more about the UPS collection service and it is actually drop off the package to UPS drop off point for collection. I was also told that should I select to pay postage myself then it would be expensive as they needed to go back to China. Whilst on the chat text with Amazon, I opened a tab and search for the nearest drop off point and it was a shop that is I understand shut due to the lockdown. The next nearest drop off point would involve a 55 minute each way, bus ride to get to. When I pointed this out the Amazon customer service representative managed to find a solution that did not involve my having to risk exposure to Corona virus.

These are awesome protection for the top of my feet which are very sensitive. I wear them inside out which cuts down on chafing and use thin socks to keep them in place. The only thing I didn’t like is the tight elastic at the top. I cut it off and serged the edges. They work great, and I can wear walking shoes without severe irritation.
