The media could not be loaded. I have been what used to be called ‘under the weather’ lately, result of a few illnesses and family stress I expect. A friend recommended these, I will admit I didn’t feel at all confident, and three a day seemed to work out quite expensive on something I didn’t think would work.Well I was wrong in so many ways from day one I felt I could get some of the small tasks I’d been putting off for the past few months. After a few days I felt able to get up feeling awake and happy to get things done, my friend said to drop down to two a day and see if I continued to feel as able. I’ve done that and may go down to one, taking more when I have something coming up that needs a bit more energy, like grandchildren staying while on school holidays.

Great product. Since taking I’ve seen notable garmin sleep score improvement. Energy levels feel stable through the day. I don’t get the 3 pm lul. Would recommend.
