The holder itself is good, & seems to have decent anti-vibration. Reasonably strong springs on the top & bottom parts hold the phone firmly, and there is a lock for added security. Only negative is the handlebar attachment, it doesn’t have the ability to hold strong enough on the bars, but fortunately I already had a bolt-on mount with the same size ball mount, so it’s now firmly secured.

This phone holder is of good quality and well built, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a sturdy handlebar phone holder for a motorcycle. Looking forward to using it in spring, any issues I'll edit my reviews, I think it'll stand up to the job 👍

This worked perfectly for me. I was doing a longish trip and didn’t know the way. In standard biker style I don’t bother with any satnav, relying on gut instinct and never caring if I’ve inadvertently taken the long route. But when you have to be somewhere at a set time and don’t know the way it’s easier to have this as an option. It held the phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max) perfectly to the handlebars of the bike (CBF1000), everything feeling secure and with very little wobble and installation was easy.

Bought this to mount a phone for occasional use as a sat nav. It isn't the cheapest but is very good quality and very sturdy. The clamp is quite chunky and I could only find one place to mount it on the handlebars amongst the various cables but once fitted it is going nowhere and it works fine. There is just one design feature that lets it down. I unpacked it and was experimenting with the quick release when it fell apart in my lap! There is a small cylindrical barrel that engages with the end of the screw and which is held captive by a plastic cap; the barrel pushed the cap off then falls out itself! It is important to note that this can only happen when the clamp is undone and not when it is tightened up but the very first time that I used it on the bike it fell out and the plastic cap disappeared, never to be seen again. I was able to replace the cap with a small metal plate to keep the barrel in place as losing it renders the whole thing useless but I can't imagine this has only happened to me and the manufacturer should really have picked this up. That said I would buy one again but modify it before using it! If you are interested, M4 screws, tapped holes, 22mm centres, M4 nut behind one screw, (unplanned happy accident that there was enough space). See image. A blob of glue in the right place might also work.

Does what it says on the tin. Solid, secures well. Easy to pop off holder while leaving mount on if needed.

I have no doubts about the clamp securing around my phone, even with a thick Otterbox case on it, however the plastic bar clamp is starting to feel pretty iffy. The plastic knob broke off the second time I tried to tighten it to my handlebars, and I'm worried the base is going to do the same if I hit a pothole. My Triumph's bars are within the acceptable size range but it takes a lot of pressure to stop this thing from drooping down every time I hit a bump. For the price, a more solid base would be a welcome change... Seems like this thing is on the expensive side for something with such a cheap plastic clamp.
