This stuff works great if you use it correctly! I have used it with all sorts of brands of foils and I get a great transfer every time. Put over your cured gel color coat and cure 120 seconds, place foil shiny side UP as soon as you take the nails out of the lamp (don't wait for the glue to cool) and rub your cut piece of foil over the nail very well (I use a silicone tipped cuticle pusher that works great). I rub the foil all over very well including down over the nail edges. I will keep buying this glue, and you get a good sized bottle for the price!

Really easy to use! I cut up the design (as shown) before starting. Here’s what I did: 1. Base coat, cure 30 seconds 2. Pink polish, cure 30 second 3. Repeat 2, if needed 4. Foil glue, cure 60 seconds (instructions say up to 120 seconds) 5. Apply foil (I used both a stick, and my fingers/nails to push it down, and tweezers to place the design) 6. Add glitter paint where there is no design, cure 30 seconds 7. Top coat, cure 60 seconds (only 30 needed, but did an extra 30 as a precaution just because there were so many layers) The glue isn’t as thick as the base coat and top coat, so I used it sparingly to avoid getting it on my cuticles and fingers. I was concerned about the design where my nails curved and the foil wrinkled a lot when applying, but it didn’t noticeably affect the design. I pulled the foil off slowly, and if part of the design didn’t stick to my nail, I pressed the foil down again before removing completely. I used only about 5-6 inches of foil so this set should last a long time. Very cute, although for me it probably screams “mid life crisis.”
