So going from a little 20inch step through folding bike to this I can definitely say it was worth the price since I cycle to work and back.A far more comfortable ride, certainly a faster one too letting me get to work in a 1/4 of the time.The only real issue I had at first was getting the key into place on the underside of the battery housing and then figuring out which way to turn the key (As a note it'll turn through 3 phases Battery latch unlock, Neutral, Start)Obviously it's best to fidget around with the placement of the seat, handle bars and component parts for a more personalised ride.Overall though I'd definitely recommend the BK12 if you're on the taller side (I'm 5'10) looking to upgrade or get a new ebike or if height is a small issue for you Hitway does have more convenient models like the BK11.

I use this for commuting 20 miles per day, I'm just over 100kg, 1 or 2 larger steeper hills depending on direction. All this on 1 charge, in very w8 dy weather and good weather.I would recommend getting some better pedals, i replaced mine with some full metal ones, after the plastics supplied ones snapped. But i do have a heavy foot when riding.

1) The build quality and finishing is very nice.2) The battery capacity is very less I'm very disappointed.3) The on / off key switch is under the main center folding pipe due to that it's very difficult to see and switch on through key.4) There are only 3 gears and speed is not too good.5) Very easy to install.6) Will not recommend due to less battery of about 400 mh7) Otherwise it's very beautiful and have nice matt color finishing.

The quality of the construction of this bike I found very high easy to assemble which is always a bonus

Questa bicicletta è molto bella esteticamente molto forte bella pesante tiene la strada facile da piegare è molto molto comoda con la pedalata assistita è un domani si può aggiungere anche l acceleratore direi che è validissima siamo molto soddisfatti

Bonjour, j'ai acheté ce vélo électrique pliant pour faire des balades dans les sentiers des Cévennes . C’est-à-dire pas de route. Vite montée, la prise en main fut plus complexe car j’ai 71 ans ; Les plus : mécanique excellente; freins à disques, pneus 26 pouces très bonne qualité, compact, changement de vitesses etc. Les moins : pour une femme, il ne faut être trop petit (1M65 LIMITE) ; Diminuer le poids en balade : enlever le porte bagage moins deux kilos, la lampe de nuit 500 grammes. Je suis très contente de la livraison rapide, de la facilité du montage et de la sécurité sur le vélo

Arrivata in anticipo all'apertura della scatola si è presentata ben imballata a prova d'urto. Facilissima da assemblare gli ultimi pezzi la bicicletta è stata provata per una decina di chilometri dopo aver caricato completamente la batteria. La bici si mostra robusta, pesante e affidabile anche per il motore elettrico a dir poco scattante. L'unico problema i pedali lunghi che mi obbliga a piegare le ginocchia più del dovuto.io sono alto 1,77cm che non mi permette di alzare più di tanto il sellino perché così non riesco a toccare terra

Purtroppo a malincuore devo lasciare una nota negativa .. La bici ha la sella scomodissima ... Ma questo è risolvibile... Il problema più grande è che la batteria dura pochissimo e non copre nemmeno i km minimi garantiti ed io sto in un paesino in pianura .. per non parlare che il rivenditore non ha saputo indicarmi un link per acquistare la batteria mi ha solo detto di andare sul sito hitway ... Ma non hanno la batteria per questa bici... Perciò ho acquistato alla fine una bici e basta che si elettrico dura poco e niente
