It is good, I love it, make my back feel much comforable.

My husband loves it. He has a very bad lower back and he said it makes it feel better.

It's help me be able to move around for starter it like a warm up to me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was such a great buy! It syncs with an app so you can control it from your phone. You can control the intensity, vibrations, and the heat! It feels amazing- my spouse and I sometimes fight over it and I am considering buying a second one. The band is comfortable too. I would highly recommend this massager for anyone with mid to lower back pain. Feels great and has a great range of massage and levels. BUT the product did not last long enough for the price. The left side of mine quit working in about 2.5 months. Very upsetting to only have 1 side working at a time. I love the idea of it but I can't use it anymore in less than 90 days.

it does fit around the waist and does turn on. There is a middle heating element and 8 silver plastic pads which vibrate. They all doesn't vibrate at same time but alternate based on some preprogrammed patterns. maybe around 6-8 different ones. This is an initial review so am kinda harsh. will update after some use. Is it worth $150 which is cost at time of purchase? no. maybe if the vibrations were all at once and were more intense like a standard muscle relaxer. will I return it? no. need to give it some time. was wearing this when writing review and it stopped after 10-15 minutes. it used one of 4 to 5 power levels. 20-25% battery use. doesn't want to burn itself out. Back is warm after use. something may be in instructions. who reads those? will give update after a few. if manufacturer reads these comments, please make something like this but with all pads going at once. don't need the infrared heading pad. No one else makes something like this on Amazon. You could corner market!! but don't sell it so high unless vibration is INTENSE!!

It was a great product but you shouldn't use it if you have metal in your body. My husband has a lot of metal in his body. That is the only reason it was returned.

THIS BACK MASSAGER IS PRICEY AND I DEBATED FOR A LONG TIME ABOUT THE COST BUT SO FAR I AM VERY GLAD I MOVED FORWARD WITH THE PURCHASE. IT DOES WORK UNBELIEVABLY WELL. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS THAT YOU CANNOT REALLY USE THE UNIT WITHOUT THE APP, AND SINCE I AM NOT A FAN OF APPS ON MY PHONE I TRIED TO USE WITHOUT THE APP AND IT DOES NOT REALLY WORK. INSTALLING THE APP WAS A HUGE CHALLENGE AND VERY TIME CONSUMING BUT ONCE I WAS ABLE TO FINISH THE PROCESS IT WORKS REALLY GREAT. SO MUCH PATIENCE IS REQUIRED WITH THE PROCESS. BUT SO FAR WITH ONE DAY USE I LOVE IT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
