Read the reviews before I bought it and was very sketched out but I decided to try my luck anyway. I’ve had it a bit over a week and it’s been flawless. The case is gorgeous, pc boots up faster than you can snap your fingers, runs anything I’ve thrown at it game wise, and it’s extremely quiet and only barely hear it under a taxing load. Hope this helps someone decide that’s on the fence about it 👍

Would give zero stars if I could!!!!!!We have nothing but issues with this computer! Be aware that the SSD in the unit needs a firmware update straight off the block! I have now owned it for 5 months & it wont start up, no power! While Tech support has been good, not great...I had to pay to ship it back to CyberPower in California which costs $160.00 with $1700 insurance. They only pay to ship it back after repairs. They think the motherboard went out! AND WILL TAKE 21 DAY OR LONGER TO REPAIR! Rediculous after owning it for 5 months. My last CyberPower PC lasted 10 yrs with 0 issues. I replaced it because I couldn't upgrade it anymore. All I got was pure junk! DO NOT BUY!!!! CURRENTLY WRITING THIS REVIEW ON MY 10 YEAR OLD COMPUTER!

Was delivered in one piece and setup was simple there is a lack of documentation although not that big of an issue, nicely put together currently had it over a month now and I've had no problems whatsoever, very capable system so far its done everything I throw at it and performed great, with what other reviewers say the experience seems pretty hit or miss just try your best to set it up and maintain it properly and you'll have a decently powerful system ready to go out of the box. No bloatware of any kind aside from typical windows junk. Will update if any issues surface.

I bought a CyberPowerPC for machine learning applications and it is amazing. The liquid cooling is nearly perfectly silent. The performance is exactly what I thought I was getting. The packaging during shipping was great and everything was very safe/secure. The PC is gorgeous and performance is amazing!

When i first got it, it would crash easily but now that it updated it works great!

I was a bit concerned after seeing the negative reviews of this pc, but fortunately everything was just fine. there was also a "core i5" sticker on the front that was a bit alarming, but once it started up i saw the ryzen 7 was the chipset in the computer. Everything came as advertised. No complaints.

Ordering and shipping was fine. Initial set up was fine. Ran needed normal updates. PC worked for about a week then began crashing on occasion and then grew more frequent to a point where it would be in a boot crash loop. Ran recovery and repairs, issue persisted. Updated BIOS, issue persisted. Wiped and reinstalled windows. Still crashes like once to twice a week. Customer service was of minimal help, just told me to reinstall windows. It simply unstable and only things i have done is needed BIOS, windows and graphics car updates. Im very disappointed with spending that amount of money on this computer. Look elsewhere.

This product worked well for maybe a week. Two weeks after buying it or so and it will barely even turn on let alone run games without crashing. I saw the reviews mentioning blue screens and crashes and figured I’d take a chance. If I can’t resolve this on my own I’ll certainly be returning it. Wouldn’t recommend.
