My son does not sleep well. Never has. The moment the sun starts creeping over the horizon his eyes are open. This mask has changed that. It's given him a good solid sleep now because the sun coming up isn't causing him to wake early. It's extremely comfortable and soft. His 13 and it fits him well. He moves a lot in his sleep and most days it stays put. On the occasion it does slip off, in which case it's not so helpful.
