Pretty much same ingredients I take already compounded in vitamins, minerals, and the nutrients already listed in this one, minus the Co Q10. Unfortunately, it does not list the amounts of Co Q10, nor any of the other Proprietary Blend ingredients individually.Would be interesting to know the reason behind selecting the name "POPSTAR" for this formulae.3 big capsules to make up the serving size is not favourable for me.Will it up the load? Well, that's for you to find out I suppose.Whenever a label tells me produced in a facility that processes named ingredients that may be allergic reaction for some people, tell me it was done at a fulfillment manufacturer and not the originating source, sometimes can come off as cheap sounding, and quality controls being risky.I'm going with 3.7 stars on this one, because it does not leave room for what you may already have in your daily intake of vitamin/minerals supplements.

This product is WAY too expensive for what it really is! It is just a combo of vitamins, minerals and some herbs that should cost half the price. But needless to say I took the whole bottle as advertised and it did absolutely nothing for my sperm count. I am having it checked monthly since we are trying to conceive and these pills led to NO CHANGE in my count. We will be trying another product now.
