Is this model flat back & can it be Velcroed onto a flat surface?

Is this safe to use with right angle metal valves or will the weight of the sensors bend and damage the valves?

the sensors are just less than an OZ, so will not damage. As long as you have metal stems you should be fine. For better performance, you can take a look at SRTP400 with the new internal 90 degree stems.
