Beautiful Shades for Chocolate Work
For the deep rich colors I was looking for- I took a small about of chocolate and blended 1/8 tsp of powder with a handheld emulsion blender! Stunning results! Achieved a perfect shade of red! No grains or streaks!

Great value for the money.
Strong color, a little goes a long way. Works great with cocoa butter, chocolate or any other baked goodies. Will definitely purchase again.

Very happy
I did a chalk party for my 6yo. I'm not a professional by any means, but I think they looked good. I mixed it in with powdered sugar and flicked it on with my fingers (I'd suggest gloves as it WILL stain your hands and nails). When I brought them out, my son was super impressed, so I'll take it as a success. Definitely recommend.

Vibrant colors
I made a tie-dyed sourdough loaf and it came out beautifully. It was my first attempt so I’ll get better at it but the colors are vibrant and a little goes a long way!

Especially Good For Coloring Chocolate and Confections That Cannot Take More Liquid
Because chocolate cannot take water-based color -- it seizes up -- I usually use gel colors to tint white coating. These five powders color just as well with no seizing. You need to add more powder than you would gel dye, and the powders take a little more stirring to fully incorporate, but the colors end up uniform and as vivid as you'd like. I used pink and red to color white chocolate to enrobe my chocolate truffles for Valentine's Day and to create lace-like beds to transfer to dessert plates. Although you need more powder than you'd need gel, it still requires only a little. I recommend starting with a tiny amount and working your way up to the color you desire. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann
