It was somewhat of a challenge to install the first piece of the base. I had to use a different screw than what came with the product. Other than that, great product. It is heavy duty and stabilizes my phone 99% better than the first phone holder I had that was plastic. Gives more of a rugged look which is perfect for my Jeep. Adjustable horizontally and vertically. Great price for the quality. Have to adjust prior to driving because it tightens securely.

Best phone mount i have ever owned. Mount is 100% metal and holds phone great, not like plastic models that shake and get loose with every bump. East to install and a pleasure to use, I will buy another for my work vehicle if available.

Happy i got this. The mount is EXTREMLY Sturdy. The clamp is tight and all components were in the box. super easy to install and extremely happy. Doesn't blow your field of view and the design is clean and simple.

I had a different mount that sits in the middle of the dash and I had to find something else after installing a larger screen in my jeep. Came across this unit and it works flawlessly. The only thing I wish is that it could maybe go a tiny bit lower because it does sit high on the dash, but I can deal with that. I’m not really bothered by it. Otherwise, came out great, it was easy to install and pretty solid. For those of you that have mentioned that the piece that grabs onto the front of the dash doesn’t have or some protext in it, mine did so maybe they changed the design. If it didn’t come with it, there are plenty of options at your local auto parts store or home depot that you can use with sticky in the back and just put it on and that’ll protect the lip of your dash a little better. A+++ !!

Well built and fit my Wrangler perfectly. It's sturdy, no giggle . I have a large phone with a slim case and it worked. If you have a bulky case it could be a problem. Also be careful where it grips the phone but not the side buttons. Very pleased. Sent back 3 others that did not work well in my Jeep.

Strong, well made. The only issue I had with installation was due to the poor threads on the mounting block/ball mount. Fortunately, the block has a second set of holes on the opposite side so I didn't have to resort to using a tap to clean up the threads. Another issue was that it is not possible to angle the connecting arm downward beyond 90 deg to the mounting ball. I corrected that by grinding off two of the lower corners on the arm as shown in the picture. Other than this, I really like it. My phone is big and this mount works very well.

Edit: I just want to say thank you for the team for the reimbursement with the issues I was having, i genuinely appreciated there kind gesture 🥰🙏 i bought this when it was 50 dollars simply because i couldnt afford the one i wanted (its a huge set up worth over 150) at the time. but as a long time reviewer and user here. here are my points and notes. super easy install it falls apart and needs to be tighten over time i had to cut the inner rubber to stop it from turning my volume up and down and turning my phone off. yes i could have my phone sit higher but it blocks my view from driving i think it is worth 20 bucks max...not 50 (again what i paid for) its small enough to have stuff on your dash like your duckies or whatever the arm tightening twisting thing grips harder than a cross fitter doing Kegel exercises (maybe thats just me tightening it) but it does loosen both of the ends and it sits in a comfortable position
