Bought it as a present. They absolutely love this and use it every week. They said they find it so relaxing and has helped release some tension that's causing their backache. Good quality material. Definitely recommend this product. It comes in a bag so can easily be stored when not in use too.

So i brought one of these a few weeks back. Been using it every few days for bout 5-10 mins a time, and omg afterwards i feel so much relief. My pain minimises, my back and shoulders and neck feel more relaxed with less pressure. I am so glad i brought one on a whim! This thing is amazing.I know it looks scary, lying on a bunch of plastic needles, but once you've used it often it just feels instantly relaxing. This thing is amazing!I have fibromyalgia, curved spine, 2 discs bulging out as well as other problems and this beauty helps out with a lot!

Prima spijkermat. Het is even wennen, maar daar na doet het wat het moet doen. Ik vind hem alleen erg kort. Is alleen voor het bovenlijf en de billen. Ik had hem voor het hele lijf verwacht.

Lo consiglio sia per il prezzo che per l'efficacia. Lo usiamo sia io per la circolazione delle gambe, sia il mio compagno per mal di schiena e cervicale. Per quanto riguarda risultati concreti ci vuole tempo e costanza quindi al momento mi limito a dire che la circolazione è visibilmente riattivata dopo l'utilizzo. Consigliato.
