My son loves this punching bag set. It comes with all you need to get it set up and using. He had started wanting to go to the gym and workout and it wasnt always possible or convenient. So I found this set for him and so glad I purchased it. It's comes with the gloves, bag and hanging parts. We had to fill it ourselves which was a good part this way we could decide what we wanted in it. It's a good size bag and gloves fit him fine and he has pretty good size hands. He is super pleased with it and uses it daily and lets just also say , this helped with saving on them gym fees. Plus he can use it to workout anytime day or night when he is available. It has held up to him and several friends using it doing their workout and practicing for little boxing matches as they are training for competitions. We have tried several different filling options and its been fine with them all from super soft to the more hard ones like the sand. It's held up great.

Great bag for the price. I use this 3 to 4 times a week and get a great workout with it. The bag works great if you follow the instructions and don't over fill it. Keep the weight under 50 lbs and you will have a great workout tool. One of the thing I've found to fill that works the best was a 36 lbs bag of bird seed. It adds weight but make the bag solid enough to take hard hits.

My son loves this! Not only did it help his overall physical health and fitness but is a great way to blow off steam and keep his cool. It’s held up well and has a great weight to it.

Started using it about a day now. So far I love the quality, it’s a lot bigger than I expected but I appreciate that. Easy to use and install. I think it will take approximately 2 and a half sak of sand to fill which in mi opinion u only need one which is what I did currently. I would say at this point value for your buck.

Was super excited about getting this for my son. All looked great and bag was easy to fill and hang. But just a day after giving to my son (15 y/o) one of the gloves has ripped at the fingers and is no longer usable. This was disappointing.

Not great bag at all, It comes unfilled and when I set it up used it like 3 times and it rips on the seam for me, I tried contacting the seller twice on Amazon here and no reply, really frustrating after setting up the whole thing.

The fact that it comes UNFILLED should be upfront. I had to look into the small bloody print to see it. I want my money back.
