Update: See pics, just got a medium set as well as large. I like them both. a lot. I'm 5'11'', 195lbs, with a 35" - 36" waist & fuller seat than I care to admit. While the large truly feels like I'm wearing almost nothing, the medium fits more like a bigboy or looser cocksox, but not stuck out so much. Under jeans when spreading legs there is zero binding like in standard underwear. Been buying david archy for 5 years now, but these are superior in either size. No rollover of waistband in either size. The medium seat is tighter and wraps around each cheek, but without bunching or riding up. With the medium my testicles get more support, feels like cupping, in a good way. Just buy them. original: Like the freedom of wearing nothing without flopping around. No binding. In past, other Seperatec have had a little too much room / fabric for balls and shaft, not these. Waistband does NOT roll, even with this dad bod. They do seem to run slightly large, in waist and amount of rear fabric for coverage, so next time I might go with medium over large, I'm a 35" - 36" waist, so the smaller of a large size. I actually forget I'm wearing them, unless I have certain thoughts... Buying more.

I’ve seen Separatec underwear advertised and I was aware of their dual-pouch design but I wasn’t interested in a boxer brief or low-rise brief cut so I never bothered to pick up a pair just to see how this pouch was designed. Then I saw the sport brief/bikini style was released, and although I was still a bit skeptical, I went ahead and ordered a 3-pack. Of course, my biggest concern with any new underwear brand is sizing and I typically fall between a small and medium and there were no detailed customer reviews that commented on this. That said, I rolled the dice and ordered medium for my first purchase because that is my recommended size based on 32” waist, 6-1, 170 pounds. The good news is that the medium fits really nicely and I could probably wear a small which I have also ordered for comparison. For starters, the overall garment is excellent. The finished product is very nicely done, soft stretchy bamboo/rayon blend, high quality stitching, waistband material feels amazing, nice stretch, great support, etc. The cut of the underwear is also very important too me as I don’t like the pouch to be too wide, and I prefer more exposure on the thigh with less rear coverage. Separatec did a nice job with the pouch size and rear coverage so I am quite happy with the overall fit. Of course, the main feature of the underwear is the dual pouch design so I was excited to try them on the first time and figure out how this design works. If you just pull them on like regular underwear without paying attention, then there’s a good chance that your equipment won’t slip into the hole and be separated from the pouch where your balls go. The first few times I put them on, I had to pay attention and guide my equipment into the hole, but now I can do it without looking and just kind of feel for it. The whole is big enough to accommodate most and it does stretch so it is not restrictive or going to squeeze your equipment unless you’re packing something with the girth of a beer can. Once you’ve got your equipment in place, that’s pretty much it, but there is a distinctly different feel having your shaft separated from your balls with some material in between, and it took some additional exploration to fully understand how the two pouches are designed. It really is two separate pouches but the front pouch for your shaft is open on the backside where your shaft lays over your balls in the other pouch. What this means is that you can actually remove your shaft from it’s pouch to facilitate going to the bathroom without pulling it back out of the pouch and pulling the underwear down. This is hard to visualize without a photo but that would be inappropriate for an Amazon review. I’ve actually done it both ways and it is definitely a new sensation when pulling your shaft out the front. I really like these underwear for sleeping in as well as they are lightweight and breathable so you don’t get hot. There is also room in the front pouch to position your shaft upward if you prefer that position when sleeping. There is also plenty of expansion room with the stretchy material to accommodate those early mornings when it is needed.

Very comfortable and breathable underwear. The waistband is very nice too. The jock style front of the bikini brief is sexy. For support, I'm sometimes not sure if my testicles are actually being supported, although that may come down to how comfortable they are. I chose a medium though I'm not sure if a small would help since the bottom pouch already feels like it's just enough to keep my testicles covered. I can also feel my penis move and shift around a lot with these, so maybe look elsewhere if you want to avoid that. Overall they are very nice underwear and I am satisfied with them. I may just chose to wear a different pair if I am going to do any sort of vigorous exercise.

So let me begin by saying, these are not something I would normally wear, nor something that I need to wear. I'm a grower not shower, and I'm also a bigger guy in more ways than one 😂 and these type of underwear are typically uncomfortable for me. BUT I'm a huge fan of Separatec. I was encouraged to try these, and I'm glad I did, it's definitely something different but very comfortable and does what it says. If showing off is your thing these will help in that regard, they keep your bits in place and give you a nice look in the front of the trousers. They feel great, they sit nicely on the hips, keep things in place and cradle your gentleman bits like firmly but in very a nice way. If you wear dress pants and feel like you want to be a little daring try these, by being a little snugger in the front, they keep your man bits in the hole and centered to give you a nice subtle showing in your favorite dress pants. Even sitting below where I normally wear my underwear these were incredibly comfortable and really seem to disappear after awhile. Very comfortable at the waistband Separatec has really started to nail it on the waistbands, and the material in these are so soft, like I said before it feels like they disappeared after putting them on. Of course the BIG, reason we were Separatec is the separation of our wedding tackle, and these are perfect, I feel perfect in the pouch and there is room for growth, if you know what I mean. This newer model also feels like there is more room in the pouch and a bit of a larger hole, it feels great and if you get that unexpected growth it makes for a better bulge without looking like you're auditioning for an adult movie! 🤣 Another win in my book!!

These are really nice. I own over 45 pair of Separatec. Unfortunately, these ride up ALL the time. I probably won't get this style again even though they look great.

This is an excellent product. The separation with dual pouch is fantastic. The nice thing about the cut of these bikini briefs is the freedom of movement while at the same time the super soft fabric stays in place with no need for adjustments. I feel that this particular product is the best fitting of separatec’s entire line.
