dude, i had a naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaasty callus on the bottom of my foot that hurt for MONTHS. i tried many other things before i bought this sand bar. i tried cutting it, filing it with a nail filer (don't try that), putting creams on it... it was soooo painful to stand on, walk on, run on, and rock climb on. so i bought this sandbar filer and it worked like MAGIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i scraped off the callus and it has not come back at all!!! 4 months of pain gone in one night of vicious scraping with this sandbar. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! i use it for my calluses on my hands too from rock climbing. works like magic.

I began kettlebell training, and my hands were a mess from using chalk, so I made the decision to purchase a solution.It works quickly and feels great. My calluses are strong but surprisingly soft on the surface. I'm extremely pleased with the results.

I really like the Sandbar. I rarely do reviews. I have had it for a few weeks and it really works great at cleaning up my hands and filing down my callus to a more healthily level without any bad effects (going to deep, bleeding, etc). I have used a bunch of other products over the years they have not worked as well. Spinning the bar both ways and then using it as a file works great. I am amazed at how much dead skin come off. Only issue is the price is a bit expensive for what it is. I guess it will last a long time but the price is the only reason its not 5 stars.
