Love these. Helpful to get enough electrolytes.

I have been using SaltStick electrolyte tablets for some time and wanted to try something else. Let me tell you, I really like these! They are much cheaper than SaltStick tablets and taste pretty good. These are VERY lemony, but I like that taste. Just chew 3 and make sure to drink some water after you take them. I have been training for a half marathon and they seem to work great. You should definitely give them a try at least once, I think you'll be pleased.

I got these after I had abdominal surgery. I get really dehydrated easily now after this particular surgery. These gummies really help keep my body in balance. I notice the difference when I don’t take them. They have a nice lemon flavor too

These pretty much taste like sweet and chewy gummy candies that are non-gmo, vegan, and have some potassium and calcium mixed in. They aren't inherently unique by any means but they're special in regards to having a good taste tot hem.There isn't a whole lot in a bottle but if you're looking for a small pick me up and are sick of your traditional non tasty varieties pills, this could be a good alternative as it has a little bit more of a friendly taste to it. I would say for something like sporting events or on the go to keep you hydrated would be good too but overall these aren't really bad, rather just a good alternative to other stuff.

These are okay, they’re a little tough to chew on but if you are like me and need electrolytes I would get some capsule versions not these.

I struggle with chronic dehydration and was hoping these could help me feel just a little bit better. These work great for me in a very short time frame. I take the three gummies and follow it with 6-8 ounces of liquid IV or Gatorade hydration boost. I am often repulsed by the thought of drinking liquids, so I like that I just have to drink a little bit to get the full effect! I feel like I have more life in me by taking these and the hydration boosters. My labs look a little better, too:)

I have been an electrolyte powdered drink mix that wasn’t very pleasant. This is much better!
